GHG reduction along with Carbon tracking and reporting are becoming mandated by the SEC for public companies and by the U.S. Treasury for private ones. And tracking must be both certified and meet the United Nations requirements to help create a worldwide standard.
A company’s carbon score will let investors know the environmental and financial risks involved with that company. Energy saving technologies can create carbon reductions and improve the company’s score, or create opportunities to sell their carbon offset into the carbon markets. Carbon tracking will increase the financial incentive for companies to invest in carbon reduction solutions.

A pioneer in the energy industry, Fritz is the founder of Onsite Utility Services Capital, and a Certified Energy Procurement Specialist with the Association of Energy Engineers, developing holistic energy solutions that integrate multiple systems for optimum energy savings.
He is also Founder and Managing Member of Community Green Energy, a renewable energy project development and finance company.

Mike’s experience includes more than 20 years of high-level sales and marketing, with over a decade of intense work in finance and business development.
Mike is responsible for establishing and strengthening new business relationships, structuring renewable project financing, and sourcing longer term corporate access to the capital markets for future renewable energy and energy efficiency business growth.

Jorge Gonzalez is a seasoned clean energy professional with over a decade of experience in solar, energy efficiency, and green financing. A LEED AP and C-PACE finance consultant, he specializes in helping commercial clients access sustainable energy solutions through innovative funding strategies. Jorge holds a Master of Legal Studies in Environmental Law and is pursuing his MBA at Boston University. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings both expertise and passion to advancing clean energy initiatives.
